Highworth Town Juniors FC was officially formed in 2008 following the merger of two Highworth clubs, Highworth Town and Highworth Juniors to form a new club Highworth Town Juniors FC.
The club currently has 28 Boys teams, 2 Girls teams and linking to senior football we have a development team. We are also very proud to be one of a few clubs in the area to offer ability counts football with 2 teams competing across Wiltshire.
Boys and Girls can join our club from as young as 4 and 5 years of age by coming along to our Saturday morning club which is run by qualified coaches. From the age of 6 we look to prepare the children and get them ready to play team football at U7’s. Teams run from under 7’s right through to under 17/18’s.
At the age of 18 they move onto our senior section (Highworth Town FC) where they become part of the youth team setup, this giving them the opportunity for progression into senior football. In 2011 we started our first ever Ladies team giving the same progression steps for the girls to move into senior football as Men.
In 2013 we were officially awarded the South West Community Club Of The Year award, and in the summer held several events to celebrate this fantastic achievement.
All of our coaches are a minimum of FA Level 1 qualified, and they all have the opportunity to progress further with their coaching badges.
We are very grateful to all our sponsors who continue to help the club out with kit sponsorship, or supporting the club. All our sponsors are highlighted throughout the site and you can go straight to most of the companies websites by clinking on their logo’s.
If you wish to contact us, or your son or daughter is interested in becoming part of our thriving club please get in touch by either using the contact us page, or by contacting a committee member.
